BELIEF, TRUTH, AND REALITY

Belief requires no proof of any kind. Reality requires proof.

There is a real reality and a fake - or many fake - realities. Reality is what is. Proof of reality requires acceptance of scientific method. First, there is a theory. Then there is the gathering of data and information. Then, if theory and data agree, you have a fact. That is reality.

Creating fake reality is like creating magic. You convince the viewer that what he sees is real. The more realistic it looks or the harder it is to see the mechanisms whereby the magic is performed, the closer you get to fake reality. You do not prove that magic is real or reality. Watching it sends the viewer away with the question, "How did he do it?"

If you do not agree with this analysis, please tell me. If you agree with this analysis, I'll go to a couple of the fake realities of the day and show you how the magic was performed.

BTW, I am not trying to prove or disprove the existence of God. But I truly believe that God is not real nor a reality. He is a fake reality conjured up for good and evil by manipulators of mankind for good and nefarious ends.

Truth is what you believe to be true. Figure that one out.
